KM "Bulgaria"
Compound-coated capacitors manufactured in the CMEA countries. Unlike the Soviet ones, the compound is softer and more brittle ("clay"), but when "biting through" inside, you can find a ceramic multilayer capacitor body with a characteristic mother-of-pearl tint.
The pins (legs) must be cut to fit the very case of the capacitor
